It couldn’t be simpler to apply. We will send you an online form and ask you to pay a £150-£200 holding deposit. We can then begin the referencing process. Once completed, we will arrange for you to move in as soon as possible.

Once you’ve paid your first month’s rent, the room is yours. On your agreed start date one of our team will meet you to show you around and hand over the keys, or we can arrange a contactless check-in.

All of our rooms come fully furnished so there is no need to bring your own furniture. There are desks in most of our rooms and plenty of communal areas to work from, laundry facilities and all other main appliances provided.

Most of our properties are 5-9 bed so you will be joining a community of like-minded professionals. We will share some basic information about your housemates prior to you moving in so you know who you will be living with.

No set-up, no hidden costs, and no hassle. All utilities (gas, electricity, water and even council tax) are included in your monthly rent. All houses have excellent WiFi and will be professionally cleaned every two weeks.
